Upon successful payment confirmation via our Cashfree payment gateway (UPI, Cards, NetBanking, or Wallets):

• Instant Plan Activation: Your candidate tier upgrade (Pro, Master, or Elite) is unlocked immediately within 0 to 60 seconds on your dashboard.
• Add-on Credits: Purchased AI test credits and dossier unlocks are credited instantaneously to your account balance.
• Digital Tax Invoice: An official GST invoice is generated and emailed to your registered candidate email address within 5 minutes.

3. Verification of Delivery

You can verify your active digital subscriptions, entitlement quotas, and view downloadable payment receipts at any time by visiting your Subscription Desk or Billing History.

4. Delivery Issues & Support SLA

In the rare event that your account does not reflect purchased credits or tier upgrade within 15 minutes of payment deduction, please do not worry. Contact our technical support team with your Cashfree payment or order ID and your account will be provisioned manually within 2 business hours.
