1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or creating an account on the SarkariGPS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.
2. Educational & Official Gazette Advisory Disclaimer
SarkariGPS provides AI-assisted career counseling, physical PST/PET standards analysis, eligibility calculations, and exam preparation roadmaps based on public government recruitment notifications. While we strive for 100% rule precision, candidates are advised to verify final eligibility criteria with official gazette notifications published by respective recruitment bodies (e.g., UPSC, SSC, IBPS, Railways RRB, State PSCs).
3. Candidate Account Usage & Subscriptions
Free, Pro Candidate, and Master Officer accounts are intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual aspirants. Account credentials sharing, bulk account creation, or automated scraping of platform resources is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All algorithms, UI components, Career DNA assessment methodologies, gazette eligibility rule matrices, and design assets are the proprietary intellectual property of SarkariGPS.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate candidate accounts that violate our platform guidelines or attempt unauthorized system tampering.
6. Payments, Subscriptions & Strict No-Refund Policy
All payments made for SarkariGPS subscription tiers (Pro Candidate, Master Officer, Elite Cadre) and digital add-on packs are final and strictly non-refundable. Because immediate digital access to AI intelligence tools and test materials is delivered upon successful payment, no full, partial, or prorated refunds are offered under any circumstances.
